At CHECKS & SOLIDS, customer satisfaction is our top priority. If you are not satisfied with your purchase for any reason, we offer a flexible return and refund policy as outlined below:
Return Policy
If you don’t like the product for any reason, you must raise a return request within 7 days of receiving the order.
The product should be returned in the same condition you received it, unused, unwashed, and with all original tags and packaging intact.
Once your return request is approved, you are required to send the product back to us at the address it was shipped from.
Replacement/ Exchange Option
If you prefer, we will send you a replacement of the same product upon receiving the original item in proper condition.
The replacement product will be delivered within 5–7 business days after we receive and inspect the returned item.
Refund Option
If you do not wish to receive a replacement, you may choose to get a full refund.
After we receive and inspect the returned product, your refund will be credited to your original method of payment within 7–10 business days.
Damaged or Defective Products
As we will not provide any replacement or exchange, if you received any damaged or defective products, you should inform us within 48 hours of receiving the product to raise a return request. Once we approve the return, you should send back the product to the address from which it came to process the refund.
